Here’s the thing: our thoughts control our feelings. Meditation can help you to recognise where unhelpful thoughts and emotions arise and stop them in their tracks, before the cascade of negative feelings engulf your body.
Not only does meditation improve our self-awareness, it allows us a moment to pause and calm our dysregulated nervous system.
Hypnotherapy
No, this is NOT what you hear horror stories about! Hypnotherapy is one of the most powerful techniques I have come across as it works on the subconscious mind (the part of our mind that houses our operating systems) to bring about real change.
